Volunteering can seem like a rewarding but also difficult prospect at first. This is why Art in Tanzania guide you through your projects to ensure they are as productive as possible. All projects have continuous assessment and supervision, so that you can build upon the work of your predeceasing volunteers and pass things over smoothly to your successors.

Our staff includes local Tanzanians who speak both English and Swahili fluently, and know the local culture well. They are aided by team leaders; former volunteers with direct experience of the projects, who have joined Art in Tanzania on a long-term basis.
