Art in Tanzania Internships take place in Dar es Salaam, Moshi, Arusha and Zanzibar. For more details about internship projects please go to our internship pages.

We have numerous work placements offering practical training for students in area such as education, engineering, medicine, health, social work, business, arts, design, music, theater, advertising, website design, marketing, tourism and hotel management. We tailor your placements to your specified sector of study, and all Internships are in English.

The typical length of an internship is between 2 and 3 months, but we can also cater for longer programs. Start and end dates are dependent upon the participant.

The Internship fee is US$ 240 per week. This includes accommodation, house cleaning, security, 24 hour volunteer support, breakfast and dinner, orientation and airport transfer at arrival. We also offer language courses, safaris, Kilimanjaro climbs and many other programs for an additional cost. All proceeds from the adventure programs are used to fund the community work projects.
