Zanzibar & Community Work Dar es Salaam- 2 weeks

This 2 week package includes orientation, community work in a placement in Dar es Salaam and 4 days on the beautiful Zanzibar Islands (1 night in Stone town and 2 nights at a beach resort). Community work is performed in Dar es Salaam, providing an insight into our projects and a taste of daily life in Tanzania. Following this you will enjoy the famous Zanzibar islands. Here you will experience a spice tour, relax on tropical beaches and soak up the Afro- Arabian culture of historic stone town. You will also have a free weekend at the end of your program.

This package costs US$ 740. The price includes; accommodation, cleaning, security, 24 hour support, breakfast and dinner (breakfast only in Zanzibar), orientation and airport transfer at arrival as well as all tours and community work. We can take participants on the first Monday of each calendar month.

Ruaha Safari & Community Work - 3 weeks

This 3 week package includes; orientation, community work in Dar es Salaam and a 5 day safari to Ruaha National Park (3 days in the park) and 2 days free time.

This is a special program for wildlife enthusiasts. Ruaha National Park is one of Tanzania's most beautiful wildlife reserves. Here elephants, lions and many other animals can be seen roaming the wilderness. You will also attend community work projects in Dar es Salaam, where you can see first hand how the profits from your safari are being used in our work.

The cost is US$ 1,400. This includes accommodation, cleaning, security, 24 hour support, breakfast and dinner, orientation and airport transfer at arrival, plus the safari and community work. We can take participants on the first and third Monday of each calendar month.

Selous Safari & Community work - 3 weeks

This 3 week package includes orientation, voluntary work and a 3 day safari to Selous game reserve (2 days in the park). Voluntary work is performed in Dar es Salaam.

Following community work in Dar es Salaam, the highlight of this package is a safari to Selous, the world's largest game reserve. Famous for its population of the endangered African wild dogs as well as lions and other big game. The reserve is also geologically active, with hot springs being found there. These are amongst the reasons why Selous is a world heritage site.

This package cost is US$ 1,200. This includes; accommodation, house cleaning, security, 24 hour support, breakfast and dinner, orientation and airport transfer at arrival, plus the safari and community work. We can take participants on the first and third Monday of each calendar month.

Mt Kilimanjaro Climb & Community Work - 3 weeks

This 3 week package includes orientation, 2 weeks community work of your choice in Dar es Salaam, Arusha or Masai Land, and a 6 day climb to Mt Kilimanjaro on the Machame route.

This is an unforgettable opportunity to experience life in Tanzania before tackling the challenge of Africa's most famous mountain, Mt. Kilimanjaro. It is also possible to add a safari program to your package.

This package cost is US$ 1,800. This includes accommodation, house cleaning, security, 24 hour support, breakfast and dinner, orientation and airport transfer at arrival as well as the climb and community work. Safaris are extra. We can take participants on the first and third Monday of each calendar month.

3 Different 10 weeks Volunteering -Adventure Options

These extensive packages will give you the chance to discover numerous facets of the Tanzanian experience; from daily life in the local communities to the breath taking wilderness and wild animals of the national parks to the exotic history and culture of Zanzibar and Masai tribe.

Volunteer at Arusha & Karatu & Masai land - Adventure

This 10 weeks package includes; 1 week Kiswahili basic language course, about 8 weeks community work in a field of your choice in  Arusha, Karatu and Masai land. The package also includes safaris to N'gorongoro Crater(1 day), Lake Manyara National Park (1 day), one day trekking at Machame rain forests and water falls at Kilimanjaro slopes.

This package cost is US$ 2,550 for volunteers and US$ 2,650 for interns. This includes; accommodation, house cleaning, security, 24 hour support, breakfast and dinner (lunch at Masai land as well), orientation and airport transfer at arrival, as well as the safaris and community work. You can work at Arusha, Karatu and Masai land projects according your individual planning. We can take participants on the first and third Monday of each calendar month. Note that at Masai land the accommodation is in Masai bomas (mud huts) and it is camping conditions. At Arusha and Karatu we have western houses.This package is for people loving the nature and who are interested of traditional tribal living with the colorful Masai. You can add options as Zanzibar visit, Kilimanjaro climb etc.

Volunteer at Bahari Beach, Dar es Salaam - Adventure

This 10 weeks package includes; 1 week Kiswahili basic language course, about 8 weeks community work in a field of your choice in lovely village type atmosphere of Bahari beach at Dar es Salaam. The package also includes a safari to Mikumi National Park (2 days one ful day game drive), 4 days at Zanzibar whereby 2 days at the historical Stone town and two days at a beach resort including a dolphin tour and a spice tour and a one day trip to the Dar es Salaam Marine Park coral islands.

This package cost is US$ 2,835 for volunteers and US$ 2,935 for interns. This includes accommodation, house cleaning, security, 24 hour support, breakfast and dinner, orientation and airport transfer at arrival as well as the adventure & tour programs. We can take participants on the first and third Monday on each calendar month. This package is specifically for those who love specialized work placements and lot of daily activities and certainly who enjoy the beautiful Indian Ocean beaches.

Volunteer at Zanzibar -Adventure

This 10 weeks package includes; 1 week Kiswahili basic language course, about 8 weeks community work in field of your choice at historical Stone town and Mzuri Kaja village at Zanzibar. Thereon safari to the Mikumi national Park (12 hours game drive one night), dolphin tour, spice tour and lazy life at a beach resort (2 nights).

The package cost is US$ 2,900 for volunteers and US$ 3,000 for interns. This includes accommodation, house cleaning, security, 24 hour support, breakfast and dinner, orientation and airport or port pick up  at arrival at Zanzibar as well as the said adventure and tour program. We can take participants on the first and third Monday on each calendar month. You can also choose transfer service at Dar es Salaam if you land to the Dar es Salaam International airport at the cost of US $ 115 including airport transfer, overnight at the Dar es Salaam volunteers hotel with dinner and breakfast and thereon ferry transfer to Zanzibar. This is a program for people enthusiastic of history.
